Software Services & Initial Support:
We offer a complimentary initial service period of one month with every new software purchase. This includes comprehensive training, professional installation, and expert guidance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC):
After the initial month, we recommend securing an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) to ensure continued support and access to exclusive benefits. AMC pricing is tailored to the specific needs and nature of your business. This contract provides preferential rates and prioritized support for various services.
Comprehensive Support Services:
We offer a range of support services to keep your software running smoothly, including:
- Re-installation
- Ongoing Training
- Financial Year Maintenance
- Database Error Resolution
- Runtime Error Resolution
- New System Installation
Support Service Tiers:
We offer two tiers of support to cater to different needs:
- Contracted Clients (AMC Holders): Enjoy preferential rates and often complimentary support for many common issues.
- Non-Contracted Clients: Benefit from our expertise on a per-service basis with transparent pricing.
Software Non-Refundability:
Please note that all software purchases are non-refundable. We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate our software during the initial service period to ensure it meets your requirements.
Sales Agreement Requirement:
To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, a signed sales agreement is required before any services are provided.
Hardware Warranty:
Hardware warranties are explicitly stated on your purchase invoice. No other warranties are implied or claimable.

Switcher Techno Support Policies:
- Support service pricing is fixed and non-negotiable.
- Support is available Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
- Payment for support services is required in advance and subject to administrative approval.
- Issue resolution time typically ranges from 24 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the issue.
- Payments for support services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Switcher Techno is not liable for delays caused by client-side issues, such as internet connectivity problems, hardware malfunctions, or power outages.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Switcher Techno’s authorized department without prior notice.
Software Sales Agreement Terms:
- The quoted software development and implementation are for a single, designated business enterprise (as identified by name and address).
- Additional licenses, if required, will be treated as separate purchases and charged accordingly.
- Any modifications to the software, whether minor or substantial, will be subject to additional charges based on the specific requirements.
- The software is provided as demonstrated in the demo mode. Switcher Techno is not responsible for any changes requested after installation.
- Software payments are non-refundable after installation.
- The standard response time for software service requests is 24 hours (with allowances for unforeseen circumstances).
- Online training and assistance are provided for one month.
- Switcher Techno is not liable for delays caused by client-side factors, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen events.
