Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Switcher Techno for your POS (Point of Sale) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software needs. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or engaging our team, so that the terms and conditions are clear from the start.
No Refund After Software Purchase:
Once the software has been purchased and payment has been received, the transaction is considered final. No refund will be issued under any circumstances after the purchase is completed. We strongly encourage clients to evaluate the software thoroughly during the free demo stage before confirming the purchase.
No Refund After Quotation Approval:
If a formal quotation has been prepared and approved by the client, the order is treated as confirmed. In such cases, no refund will be provided, even if the software has not yet been deployed. The quotation represents a binding agreement between Switcher Techno and the client regarding the scope, pricing, and deliverables.
Fuel and Visit Charges After Demo & Implementation:
If our team has already visited your premises to provide a demo and has conducted implementation visits (typically 2 to 3 sessions), and you later decide that the software does not suit your requirements, you will be liable to pay the applicable fuel and visit charges. These charges cover the time, effort, and travel costs of our technical team during the demo and implementation phase. This amount must be cleared before the engagement is formally closed.
No Refund for Customized Software:
Refunds are not available for customized software. Once the software has been tailored to your specific business requirements, it cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage clear communication during the requirement-gathering and customization process to ensure complete satisfaction.
Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable:
Any payment made to Switcher Techno is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Payments cannot be transferred to another individual, business, or exchanged for a different product or service.
Client Responsibility:
Clients are encouraged to take full advantage of the free demo before purchasing. It is the client’s responsibility to verify that the software meets their business needs, confirm all features during the demo stage, and clarify any concerns before approving the quotation or making the payment.
