One-Week Return Policy:
Our Refund Policy Allows For A Return And Refund Within One Week (7 Days) Of Software Deployment. If You Are Not Satisfied With Our Software Within This Timeframe, You Are Eligible To Request A Refund.
50% Amount Deduction:
If A Refund Is Requested Within One Week Of Software Deployment, A Deduction Of 50% Of The Total Amount Paid Will Be Applied. This Deduction Covers Administrative And Processing Costs Associated With The Refund.
No Refund For Customized Software:
Please Note That Refunds Are Not Available For Customized Software. Once The Software Has Been Tailored To Your Specific Requirements, It Cannot Be Returned For A Refund. We Encourage Clear Communication During The Customization Process To Ensure Your Complete Satisfaction.
Fuel And Visit Charges Deduction:
In Addition To The 50% Amount Deduction, Any Applicable Fuel And Visit Charges Will Be Deducted From The Refund. These Charges Cover Any On-Site Visits Made By Our Technicians Or Representatives To Assist With Software Deployment Or Troubleshooting Within The First Week.
The amount Is Non-Transferable And Non-Exchangeable:
The Refunded Amount Is Non-Transferable And Non-Exchangeable. It Cannot Be Transferred To Another Individual Or Exchanged For A Different Product Or Service.

To Initiate A Refund Request, Please Contact Our Customer Support Team Within One Week Of Software Deployment. You May Be Required To Provide Relevant Information And Documentation To Process Your Refund Request Effectively.
Eligibility Requirements:
To Be Eligible For A Refund, The Software Must Be In Its Original Condition, And All Access Codes, Licenses, And Documentation Must Be Returned To Us. Additionally, Any On-Site Visits Made By Our Technicians Must Have Been Conducted Within The One-Week Period.
